Job Purpose

We are looking for a CCTV Operator to join our team and ensure continuous monitoring of the company's premises. The role is responsible for real-time surveillance, incident escalation, CCTV playback, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments while maintaining strict confidentiality and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned CCTV cameras continuously and identify any suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.

• Immediately escalate incidents and security concerns to the concerned parties.

• Review and retrieve recorded footage based on authorized requests, incidents, dates, times, and locations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of CCTV recordings and information.

• Monitor camera clarity, viewing angles, and system availability, and report any technical issues to the ICT team.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, playback requests, monitoring activities, and technical issues.

• Coordinate with Security, Administration, HR, and ICT teams when required.

• Support authorized investigations by providing relevant CCTV footage and information.

• Follow all approved CCTV, security, access control, confidentiality, and escalation procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.

• 1–3 years’ experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or control room operations.

• Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring/playback systems and basic MS Office skills.

• Ability to identify and report basic CCTV technical issues.

• High attention to detail, vigilance, confidentiality, and responsibility.

• Good communication, escalation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and work shifts.

• Previous factory/manufacturing experience is preferred.
