Technical Office Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out
A Qatar-based joinery and fit-out company is establishing its Technical Back Office in Egypt and is looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager – Joinery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical office team.
Review joinery shop drawings and production drawings.
Coordinate with Qatar workshop and site teams.
Review cutting lists, material take-offs and technical details.
Manage drawing submissions, RFIs and approvals.
Ensure all drawings are practical and ready for manufacturing.
Monitor technical schedules and deliverables.
Issue weekly technical progress reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in joinery / interior fit-out.
Strong knowledge of furniture and joinery manufacturing.
Excellent AutoCAD skills.
Strong knowledge of MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood and hardware.
Previous GCC projects experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

تقوم شركة مقرها قطر للنجارة وتبيت المعالم بإنشاء مكتبها الفني الخلفي في مصر وتبحث عن مدير مكتب فني ذو خبرة – النجارة.
المسؤوليات:
قيادة فريق المكتب الفني.
مراجعة رسومات ورشة النجارة ورسومات الإنتاج.
التنسيق مع ورشة العمل في قطر وفرق الموقع.
مراجعة جداول القطع والتكاليف والتفاصيل الفنية.
إدارة تقديم الرسومات وطلبات المعلومة والموافقات.
التأكد من أن جميع الرسومات عملية وجاهزة للتصنيع.
مراقبة الجداول الفنية والتسليمات.
اصدار تقارير التقدم الفني أسبوعياً.
المتطلبات
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 7سنوات في النجارة / تشطيب داخلي.
معرفة قوية بتصنيع الأثاث والنجارة.
مهارات AutoCAD ممتازة.
معرفة قوية بـ MDF، القشرة، اللامينيت، الخشب الصلب والإكسسوارات.
يفضل وجود خبرة بمشروعات في منطقة الخليج العربي.
مهارات قيادية واتصال قوية.
