We’ll look to you for:

Planning, supervising, and monitoring Power Rail installation activities on-site

Ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and installation teams

Conducting inspections of installed equipment and materials to ensure quality compliance

Reporting installation progress, risks, and issues to the Lead Engineer and Installation Manager

Coordinating interfaces with Civil, E&M, Systems, and Testing & Commissioning teams

Preparing and maintaining installation records, technical reports, punch lists, and progress documentation

Ensuring strict compliance with EHS requirements and safe work practices

Resolving field technical issues and providing engineering support during installation activities

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Experience in railway, metro, monorail, or power distribution systems

Strong knowledge of Power Rail installation, testing, and commissioning activities

Ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with quality, safety, and railway standards

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on delivering results
