• Inspect works on site and coordinate with project and consultant the daily inspection process

• Prepare, update and follow up the non- conformance reports and the corrective & preventive

• actions taken

•  Check on daily basis the materials delivered to site are according to submittals and project specs

•  Prepare & following up snagging list for the finished buildings and zones to be ready for clients

• handing over

•  Audit and checking with document controllers the various logs (IR (Inspection Request) –MIR (material inspection request) –SWI (site work instruction) -NCR (non- conformance report) …)

•  Review and audit the test results of the labs (concrete tests- soil tests – several materials)

• Check the pouring activities on site are according to the approved mix design and the project spec. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• 5-7 years’ experience in QA/QC construction.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, IRs, MIRs, SWIs, and NCRs.

• Experience in material inspection, concrete/soil testing, and site inspections.

• Experience in snagging and project handover.

• Good knowledge of project specifications and construction standards.

• Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.
