Role Description The Hostess role is a full-time, on-site position based at TUI MAGIC LIFE REDSINA SHARM EL SHEIKH in Sharm El Sheikh. The Hostess welcomes guests on arrival, guides them to their tables or designated areas, and ensures a smooth flow of guest seating in restaurants and lounges. Daily tasks include managing reservations and guest lists, coordinating with the service team, and providing accurate information about menus, events, and resort facilities. The Hostess monitors guest satisfaction, responds to questions or concerns, and maintains a clean, orderly reception and waiting area. This role requires consistent professional presentation, clear communication, and a friendly, attentive approach to all guests.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle reservations, guest flow, and coordination with service staff. Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and courteous in busy or stressful situations. Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or front-of-house roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by resort operations. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across different departments when needed. Basic computer and reservation system literacy is beneficial.
