Job responsibilities: • Continuous monitoring of surveillance cameras for apartments and villas within city neighborhoods. • Detect violations, malfunctions, and unusual situations as observed through cameras. • Accurately log reports in the SAP system and classify them by incident type. • Send reports to the relevant departments of the City Organization to take necessary actions. • Follow up on reports with concerned departments until action is completed and the report is closed. • Prepare periodic reports on detected cases and violations. • Document the time, location, and all related details of the incident. • Immediately escalate urgent or dangerous cases to the direct supervisor and relevant authorities. • Report any camera or surveillance system malfunctions and monitor repairs. • Maintain confidentiality of recordings and data and do not share without authorization. Job requirements: • Appropriate higher education qualification. • Prior experience in camera monitoring or follow-up and operations is preferred. • Proficiency in computer use; SAP system knowledge preferred. • Strong observation, focus, and ability to follow up for long periods. • Ability to record data and prepare reports accurately. • Quick decision-making and effective communication with various departments. • Commitment and ability to work for 12 hours. • Willingness to work according to rotating schedules and variable leave. • Residence proximity to the work site is preferred.
