Experience with pasteurization systems, liquid lines, and handling them. Experience with different pumps, operating methods, monitoring, and handling minor faults. Monitor production line faults and reduce downtime. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to the preventive maintenance plan. 3- Start and stop engineering services as needed by production. Start and monitor the factory's central air conditioning system and continuously inspect the system. Monitor the plant's infrastructure and keep it functioning properly. Work in rotating shifts.
