Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Language Instructor role based in Cairo. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging English lessons to learners of varying levels, using diverse teaching methods and materials to build language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will contribute to curriculum development, participate in training and team meetings, and support a positive, inclusive learning environment aligned with Guide Academy’s educational standards. Collaboration with colleagues and communication with learners and stakeholders will be essential to ensure consistent quality and learner success.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with experience in delivering structured lessons to diverse learners. Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment. Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for preparing instructional materials, reports, and learner feedback. Candidates should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Relevant academic background in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work with learners from varied backgrounds, showing cultural sensitivity, patience, and adaptability. Strong organizational skills, reliability in maintaining schedules and records, and proficiency with basic digital tools for teaching and administration.
