Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various functions across the organization. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Daily tasks include managing talent pipelines, conducting structured interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, builds relationships with external talent sources, and supports continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with experience using structured and competency-based interviewing techniques. Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition through internal and external channels. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing tools and platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple requisitions, and work within defined timelines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR or recruiting certifications are a plus. Experience in high-growth or manufacturing/FMCG environments is an advantage, as well as familiarity with local labor market trends and regulations.
