The Procurement Senior Logistics Buyer will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions within Agthia to ensure seamless and timely procurement of services provided. He/she is responsible for seamlessly managing the procurement process and creating, in close cooperation with cross-functional business stakeholders, valuable and continuous savings in total cost within the Materials Categories.
Secure supply of the right service for all logistics categories (Importation &Exportation & Rental WH & Fleet & Transportation ) at the right quality, from approved suppliers or service providers, on time in full, at the continuously most competitive total cost. Handling and following up (Import, Export) customs as operation process To ensure all requirements are delivered on time with the lowest possible charges, including the dry and cold chain transportation or warehouse needs. Lead category sourcing process - specification and spend (internal needs) mapping, external market and supplier analysis, category strategy development, RFx process (tenders, negotiations, contracts, implementation) and category transactional purchasing process. Lead the commercial negotiations with key suppliers and service providers, seeking the lowest possible total costs, maximum service, adherence to internal requirement specifications, and 100% supplier performance according to contract. Actively search for and qualify new service providers, both locally and overseas from all continents, to drive supplier flexibility and perfect competition Ensure continuous savings in total cost within the relevant Categories Supervise the category spend. Ensure that category cost reduction targets are met and that the full capabilities of the supply market are leveraged, using commercial, technical and process savings levers. Perform and report competitor analysis and specification, price and supplier benchmarking Implement new Procurement tactical sourcing process, e-RFx and e-auction system, best practice Procurement tools
Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, supply chain, or equivalent Additional professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement is preferable Minimum 6 years of experience, of which 2 years should be in an equivalent Middle Management position. Strong understanding of international financial and logistics markets, price-determining actors, macro economics Strong analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills Result- and execution focused, strong drive and power of initiative
