The Recreation & Leisure Manager is responsible for leading and managing all recreation, leisure, sports, entertainment, and activity programs, while ensuring an exceptional experience for our elite Azha and Tanoak Hotel community and VIP guests.
Responsibilities - Lead and manage all recreation and leisure activities across the property.
- Develop and implement high-quality recreational, sports, entertainment, and leisure programs.
- Create exceptional experiences tailored to luxury and elite-community guests.
- Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop the recreation and leisure team.
- Plan seasonal programs, events, activities, and special guest experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage departmental budgets, equipment, suppliers, and operational resources.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the recreation and leisure offering.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and luxury hospitality standards.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience: 5 10 years
- Relevant experience in luxury 5-star hotels, resorts, or high-end leisure destinations.
- Proven experience working with VIP and elite-community clientele.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
- Fluent in English; bilingual is preferred..
