Role Objectives:The Warehouse Shift Lead supervises warehouse workers during a specific shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff. Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues. Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time shipping. Train new team members and enforce SOPs. Report shifts activity and performance to management. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLSProven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and inventory systems. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
