To manage and oversee the credit assessment and underwriting activities, ensuring sound and consistent credit decisions in line with the Bank approved credit policies and risk appetite
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE(Indicate the minimum recruitment specification and also the ideal person specification and the preferred minimum qualifications and skills for fully satisfactory job performance and to meet expectations)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or other field with related Professional experience. Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of credit assessment, underwriting principles, credit policies, and risk management. Good knowledge of consumer finance products and lending processes. Good knowledge of products and lending processes. Professional certifications in Credit, Risk Management, Finance, or related fields would be an advantage. Minimum 8–10 years of total professional experience in Credit, Consumer Finance, Banking, or a related financial services environment. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within Credit Assessment, Credit Underwriting, or Credit Risk. Solid experience in credit assessment and underwriting, including customer financial analysis, affordability assessment, credit scoring, and credit bureau analysis.
