Responsible for maintenance and monitoring of production line equipment and ensuring its good technical condition. Responsibilities: 1- Monitor the technical condition of production line equipment and adhere to standardized work steps. 2- Perform corrective maintenance in case of any mechanical fault in production lines. 3- Carry out preventive maintenance for production lines according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year. 4- Review warehouse stock of spare parts (maximum, minimum levels and reorder point) and inform the direct manager if the quality of spare parts used in maintenance works is not good. 5- Follow occupational safety and health procedures and food safety inside the factory and report any violations. 6- Perform organization, tidiness, and periodic cleanliness of the workplace. 7- Seek opportunities for improvement and development and present ideas to the direct manager. Standards: 1. Shift report (faults – equipment operating condition) to the supervisor. 2. Rate of closing work orders for corrective and preventive maintenance. 4. Productivity achieved according to the annual plan. Skills: 1. Experience of at least two years. 2. Intermediate qualification diploma in industrial specialization (Electrical Maintenance) or higher.
