Herbata is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team in El Mahalla El Kubra. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly engaging with merchants and shop owners, introducing the company's products, building long-term professional relationships, and accurately registering customer and merchant information on the company's electronic system. Key Responsibilities

• Visit merchants and potential customers within the assigned area.

• Present and promote the company's products professionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and shop owners.

• Identify new customers and expand the existing customer base.

• Register and update customer and merchant information on the company's system.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants and maintain effective communication channels.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights and report them to management.

• Represent the company professionally in the market.

• Achieve assigned targets related to customer acquisition and distribution network expansion.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

• Bachelor's degree or a higher/intermediate qualification.

• Resident of El Mahalla El Kubra or nearby areas.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
