Role purpose

Design, cost, and propose fixed connectivity solutions for enterprise customers across all segments, supporting complex sales opportunities and ensuring competitive, scalable, and technically sound proposals aligned with Vodafone Business strategy.

Key accountabilities

• Design end-to-end fixed connectivity solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build technical and financial proposals including costing, and solution architecture.
• Manage qualified leads generated by maintaining a robust pipeline and hit list with sales teams with regular tracking of its growth.
• Contribute to increasing win rates by positioning competitive and differentiated solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand requirements and tailor solutions through business meetings and technical discussions.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with product, technology, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment on solution design, product capabilities, technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and successful end-to-end service delivery.

Core competencies

• Solid knowledge of fixed connectivity solutions (Fiber, MPLS, VPN, L2/L3 services).
• Strong understanding of IP networks design (routing, switching, SD-WAN, IP addressing network architecture).
• Ability to translate business requirements into optimized technical solutions and commercial costing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Technical & professional qualifications
