Solveda is a growing company focused on building scalable business solutions and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, build a high-performing sales process, and drive revenue growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.- Build, manage, and mentor the sales team.- Track and improve sales KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives.- Establish and optimize CRM processes and sales reporting.- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close key deals.- Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, or an advanced degree.- 3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.- Fluent Arabic and professional English.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or fast-growing startups.- Experience building sales processes from the ground up.- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Bitrix24.
