Supervising and verifying vehicle requests received from the Operations Department. Aligning fleet capacity planning with operational needs. Following up on purchase requests and their implementation status. Leading communication with fleet suppliers regarding required quantities and schedules. Ensuring delivery of vehicles on time according to agreed service level agreements. Monitoring supplier performance and reporting any gaps when needed. Managing vehicle allocation for new delivery drivers. Ensuring completion of documents, contracts, and delivery processes. Coordinating with the Operations Department to support smooth activation of delivery drivers. Monitoring losses, damages, and financial commitments related to vehicles. Notifying stakeholders of required documentation. Following up on recovery procedures and closing reports.
