Research and identify potential clients and new opportunities in the interior woodwork market, including hotels, resorts, residential compounds, luxury offices, private villas, retail stores, and jewelry shops.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, real estate developers, contracting companies, interior designers, architects, and direct clients.
Prepare and present commercial and technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while achieving sales targets.
Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Client Support
Present and explain products, materials, finishes, accessories, and manufacturing capabilities to clients.
Respond to client inquiries regarding materials, specifications, installation, quality, and available solutions.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, and production teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and meet project requirements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Preferred backgrounds include:
Applied Arts (Furniture, Interior Design, Decoration, or related departments)
Fine Arts (Interior Design or Decoration)
Architecture or Civil Engineering
Experience
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the interior woodwork, joinery, custom furniture, woodworking, or high-end interior finishing industry.
Strong knowledge of interior woodwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Ability to read architectural drawings and woodwork shop drawings is an advantage.
Familiarity with custom carpentry and furniture manufacturing is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
