The role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, identifying capability gaps, and supporting colleagues through coaching and development initiatives, while contributing to high-quality training outcomes and operational excellence

Desired Candidate Profile

A learning professional with experience in delivering training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer. Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and building strong professional relationships. Skilled in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning experiences. Able to understand organisational strategy and align learning initiatives accordingly. Knowledgeable in coaching techniques and adult learning principles, with relevant certifications considered beneficial. Experience as a language instructor or in multilingual training environments is advantageous.
