- Supervisor of the Ready-Made Garments Production Line. - Medium or higher qualification, preferably in clothing or production-related field.- 2–5 years of experience in ready-made garment production, previous line supervisor experience preferred.- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing stages and process sequencing.- Ability to manage and monitor the production line and achieve Production Target.- Monitoring product quality and reducing defects and rework rate.- Allocating labor to operations according to line needs and monitoring performance.- Monitoring and improving line efficiency and productivity.- Quick handling of production issues, delays, and breakdowns.- Good communication and team leadership skills.- Preparing daily production reports and monitoring KPIs.
