Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Fleet Coordinator with strong organizational skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced work environment. He/She will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of the company’s vehicles, and collaborating with various departments to ensure vehicle readiness, operational efficiency, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.Main ResponsibilitiesFollow the daily vehicle operations of the company and ensure readiness for use and compliance with safety standards.Follow and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for diesel and petrol vehicles.Coordinate with maintenance centers and suppliers to conduct repair, inspection, and maintenance work.Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance records, and prepare reports for any notes or deviations.Coordinate driver schedules and ensure adherence to company policies and traffic safety instructions.Contribute to handling emergencies such as breakdowns or accidents and escalate to the relevant authorities when needed.Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.Contribute to accident reporting and follow up on corrective actions.Support cost-control efforts and maintain vehicle records and reports accurately and orderly.Requirements2–3 years of experience in coordinating or managing vehicle operations or in a similar field.Good knowledge of the basics of maintenance for diesel and petrol vehicles.Experience in coordinating and managing drivers, including scheduling, follow-up, and performance evaluation.Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently.Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, maintenance centers, and internal teams.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and vehicle management systems and reporting tools.Favorable to hold a valid driver’s license.Favorable to have experience in the transportation or logistics sector.Additional DetailsDetails
