We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with different disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.

• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.

• Prepare design presentations and project documentation.

• Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors when required.

• Participate in design development and resolve technical design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• 5–7 years of experience in architectural design.

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

• Knowledge of 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
