Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Manager in Cairo, Egypt we re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership, organizational, and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside a collaborative, skilled, and dynamic team of professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful introduction of products for the Cairo Monorail project. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, quality, planning, and EHS), manage resources and deliverables, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more. You ll specifically take care of overseeing the implementation of Product Introduction (PI) processes and instructions, but also ensure effective planning, team coordination, and adherence to project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of product introduction processes in the rail or similar industries.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Familiarity with quality and EHS standards and compliance requirements.
• A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
