Job Details

  • Provide legal advice to management and different departments on day-to-day business activities.

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.

  • Ensure that company contracts and business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Review legal documents, licenses, permits, and official correspondence.

  • Handle and follow up on legal cases and disputes involving the company in coordination with external lawyers when required.

  • Represent the company before relevant governmental authorities, where legally permitted.

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and advise management accordingly.

  • Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and recommendations on various business matters.

  • Support the company in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate documentation.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s legal files, contracts, and records.

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and monitor the progress of assigned cases.

  • Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

  • Support HR in reviewing employment-related legal matters, labor contracts, disciplinary actions, and employee disputes.

  • Assist in handling regulatory, commercial, administrative, and contractual matters.

  • Perform any other legal duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.

  • Admission to the Egyptian Bar Association.

  • [3–5] years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a reputable company or law firm.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial, civil, labor, and corporate laws.

  • Good drafting and reviewing skills for contracts and legal documents.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions.

  • Good command of English, particularly legal and business terminology.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
