Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent (Experienced) role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day client interactions, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining an updated portfolio of listings, preparing and reviewing property documents, and negotiating offers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. The agent will collaborate with internal teams, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and market practices. Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and deal closing. Demonstrated Customer Service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Experience working in the Egyptian real estate market, preferably in Sheikh Zayed or surrounding areas. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets. Comfort with using real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic office software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
