Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Languages, or a related field. CELTA or TEFL certification is preferred. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills. Previous experience teaching English or working with learners is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive English lessons. Ability to work with learners of different ages, levels, and backgrounds. Patience, enthusiasm, creativity, and a learner-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to community activities.
