The candidate is required to join the team as a Quality Engineer – Quality Engineer. Tasks and responsibilities:* Monitor product quality starting from raw material receipt to the final product.* Inspect incoming raw materials and components and ensure they meet specifications.* Monitor quality during production and finishing stages.* Conduct final inspection of products before packaging and delivery.* Identify defects, track causes, and take corrective actions.* Prepare and follow up on quality reports and rejection & scrap rates.* Monitor NCR non-conformance cases and implement CAPA corrective and preventive actions.* Use analysis and problem-solving tools such as 5 Why – Fishbone – Pareto – 8D.* Prepare and review Quality Control Plans & Inspection Checklists.* Monitor the implementation of quality procedures and instructions inside production lines.* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Warehouse departments to resolve quality issues.* Monitor customer complaints, analyze causes, and work to prevent recurrence.* Participate in developing and improving production processes and reducing waste and returns.* Ensure products conform to approved specifications and standards. Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or a relevant specialization.* 3 to 5 years of experience in quality within factories.* Strong preference for experience in sanitaryware or metal accessories manufacturing or Stainless Steel / Brass.* Good experience in manufacturing and finishing processes such as: CNC – Machining – Forming – Welding – Polishing – Chrome / Nickel Plating – PVD.* Proficiency in measurement and inspection tools such as: Vernier Caliper – Micrometer – Gauges, etc.* Good knowledge of ISO 9001 system.* ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification or equivalent preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.* Proficiency in technical English.* Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions.* Strong, precise personality capable of handling work pressure and coordinating with production teams.
