Review architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
Study and assess drawings, plans, bills of quantities (BOQ) specifications and other documents relating to projects.
Determine a budget, project schedules, scope of work and Manage deliverables on time.
Collaborate and interact with Executive Engineers, architects.
Adhere to the best practices, standards, and procedures of the company.
Managing relationships in projects with all department.
Managing subcontractors’/suppliers’ database.
Reviewing and negotiating ’suppliers’ proposals.
Reporting regularly on project progress to project manager.
Assess the project and its requirements.
Cost and risk assessment.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
3-4 years of experience.
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge in Professional conditions, specifications, assets and standards in accordance with Egyptian law.
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, Revit, AutoCAD).

المتطلبات
درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
3-4 سنوات من الخبرة.
الاطلاع على إدارة المشاريع
معرفة أساسية بالظروف المهنية والمواصفات والأصول والمعايير وفقاً للقانون المصري.
الإلمام بالحاسوب (تطبيقات MS Office، Revit، AutoCAD).
