Bohemian Geeks (BGK) is a Cairo-based creative and marketing agency working across Egypt and the Gulf. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own strategy, analytics, and platform operations across a multi-account portfolio. Important: this is not a content creation role. Our content team is strong and well-led. We need the person who runs everything around the content: platform infrastructure, access governance, analytics, strategy, and research. What you will do Own platform operations across all client accounts: Business Manager structures, page and asset linking, permissions, pixel and API setups, and fixing access or platform issues before clients feel them Own social analytics: monthly and quarterly reports that read as recommendations, benchmark tracking, and performance reviews with account teams Build social strategies per account: audience research, competitor audits, platform mix, and KPI frameworks the content team executes against Partner with the Content Lead: translate strategy and data into clear direction for creators, without writing the content yourself Run trend and market research (Egypt + GCC) and turn it into actionable briefs Coach our junior social media specialist toward independent delivery What you bring3-5 years in social media management, agency-side, on multiple simultaneous accounts Demonstrated technical depth: Meta Business Manager administration, asset and permission structures, troubleshooting access and disconnection issues, Tik Tok Business Center, Linked In admin Strong analytics: native platform insights plus a social management tool (Metricool or similar), and the ability to explain why numbers moved Research and strategy skills with real deliverables to show Reporting in both English and Arabic Nice to have Gulf market accounts experience Basic paid media literacy (reading campaign data) Experience mentoring juniors How to apply In your application, briefly describe one platform or access problem you personally diagnosed and fixed, and one strategy you built that changed an account's performance.
