Role Description The Sales Support Representative (Evening Shift) will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to meal plans, orders, and subscriptions, ensuring a smooth sales experience. This full-time remote role involves responding to messages and calls, guiding potential customers through product options, and assisting with order placement and modifications. The representative will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to resolve issues, track customer feedback, and support promotions or campaigns. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, monitoring customer satisfaction, and following up on leads generated through the app, website, and social media channels.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues. Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain meal plans, processes, and policies effectively. Candidates should possess abilities related to Customer Satisfaction, including active listening and problem-solving. Previous experience in sales support, call center, or customer-facing roles. Comfort working evening shifts and managing remote work responsibilities independently. Proficiency with basic computer tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and chat platforms. Fluency in English & Arabic.
