المسؤوليات
التخطيط والتنفيذ المادي
- قيادة دورة التخطيط الأسبوعية للصناعة وإنشاء خطط المواد للفئات المعينة.
- بناء والحفاظ على خطة MRP الشهرية بناءً على متطلبات الإنتاج، مستويات المخزون، ومدخلات الموردين.
- التأكد من توفر المواد لدعم خطط الإنتاج، بما في ذلك المشروعات والعروض الترويجية.
- مراقبة حالات النقص اليومية وتحديد المخاطر عبر أفق التخطيط بشكل استباقي.
- مشاركة خطط MRP مع الأطراف المعنية وفق الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.
إدارة المخاطر والمخزون
- تحديد مخاطر إمداد المواد وفرصها، واقتراح سيناريوهات بديلة أو مقيدة.
- تتبع المواد البالية والبطيئة الحركة بشكل صحيح، وتحديد خطط عمل واضحة للتخفيف من الأثر.
- إنشاء توقعات الجرد للمواد الخام والتعبئة بما يتماشى مع الأهداف.
- مراقبة وإدارة سعة المستودع لتحسين مستويات المخزون وتجنب الفائض.
- دعم إدارة رأس المال العامل من خلال تحديد النقص أو حالات التخزين الزائد.
التعاون ومراقبة الأداء
- تصعيد مخاطر المواد إلى قادة التخطيط والاقتناء، دعم حل المشاكل.
- التحقق من خطط الإنتاج والمواد خلال اجتماعات المراجعة الأسبوعية للتخطيط.
- تتبع أداء الموردين والمتابعة بشأن تحويل PR إلى PO والتنفيذ.
- تقييم توفر المواد على المدى المتوسط والطويل بناءً على تغذية الموردين.
- التعاون مع المالية لمراجعة نفايات الأعمال وبناء التوقعات للحد من التقادم.
الملف المرشح المرغوب
متمكن من اللغة الإنجليزية. 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة في تخطيط المواد، أو وظيفة سلسلة إمداد ذات صلة. شهادة جامعية في الهندسة. معرفة أساسية إلى متوسطة بمفاهيم تخطيط المواد وتخطيط الإنتاج. خبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة ERP؛ مطلوب خبرة في SAP. مستوى Excel متوسط (مخططات محورية، جداول محورية، صيغ، تنظيف البيانات). مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات. مهارات تعاون واتصال جيدة.
As an SCP Material Planner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end material planning for packaging materials. This role leads the weekly production planning cycle and ensures material availability to support production requirements, innovation initiatives, and promotional activities in a timely manner. The position plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply risks, monitoring inventory health, and optimizing warehouse capacity utilization. It also ensures the continuous availability of packaging materials while driving efficiency across the supply chain and supporting business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Material Planning & Execution
- Lead the weekly Make Planning cycle and create material plans for assigned categories.
- Build and maintain the monthly MRP plan based on production requirements, inventory levels, and supplier inputs.
- Ensure material availability to support production plans, including projects and promotions.
- Monitor daily stockouts and proactively identify risks across the planning horizon.
- Share MRP plans with relevant stakeholders according to agreed timelines.
Risk & Inventory Management
- Identify material supply risks and opportunities, proposing alternative or constrained scenarios.
- Properly track obsolete and slow-moving materials, defining clear action plans to mitigate impact.
- Create inventory projections for raw and packaging materials aligned with targets.
- Monitor and manage warehouse capacity to optimize stock levels and avoid excess.
- Support working capital management by identifying shortages or overstock situations.
Collaboration & Performance Monitoring
- Escalate material risks to Planning Leads and Procurement, supporting issue resolution.
- Validate production and material plans during weekly planning review meetings.
- Track supplier performance and follow up on PR to PO conversion and execution.
- Assess medium- and long-term material availability based on supplier feedback.
- Collaborate with Finance to review business waste and develop projections to reduce obsolescence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluent in English.1 3 years of experience in Materials Planning, or a related supply chain function. University degree in Engineering. Basic to intermediate knowledge of material planning and production planning concepts. Hands-on experience using ERP systems; SAP experience is required. Intermediate Excel (pivot charts, pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good collaboration and communication skills.
