Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the bank’s products and services, identifying and approaching potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales in line with Islamic banking principles and internal compliance standards. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting market feedback, collaborating with branch and product teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to contribute to achieving branch and overall sales targets while representing the bank’s values and service quality. Qualifications Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Solid knowledge of banking products and services, ideally with familiarity or interest in Islamic banking principles. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients. Good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage pipelines, documentation, and client interactions efficiently. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sales role is an advantage. High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centered service. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and collaborate effectively with branch teams and other departments.
