Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager based in Cairo. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage and train pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and maintain a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, processing prescriptions, providing professional pharmaceutical guidance, and promoting new healthcare services offered by the pharmacy.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience with Pharmacy Practice, Prescription management, and general pharmacy operations Expertise in supervising and supporting Pharmacy Technicians Knowledge of immunization administration Proven management and leadership skills Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences License to practice pharmacy in Egypt Excellent customer service and communication skills Problem-solving and organizational skills
