Job description

• Prepare secondary system design deliverables, including protection Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), AC/DC schematics, panel layouts, signal lists, and cable schedules.
• Perform protection coordination studies, relay setting calculations, and CT/VT sizing calculations.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation for protection and control systems.
• Coordinate secondary design activities with Primary, RTU, Civil, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Review vendor technical offers and prepare technical evaluation reports for protection, control, and automation equipment.
• Ensure all engineering designs comply with client specifications, IEC/IEEE standards, grid codes, and company quality standards.
• Provide technical support to site teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Presales teams to provide technical input during proposal development and tendering activities.
• Monitor the technical progress of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Review and resolve technical queries, design changes, and engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, engineering documentation, and project status updates to the Technical Office Team Leader.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing engineering best practices and standardizing design processes.
