Directing the team and providing guidance and technical instructions. Monitoring attendance and discipline within the production department. 3. Ensuring product quality: Ensuring final products meet the required specifications. Collaborating with the quality department to resolve quality-related issues. Applying operating and quality instructions precisely. 4. Solving daily problems: Intervening to resolve technical or administrative issues that hinder the production process. Submitting reports to management when major malfunctions or issues require support. 5. Equipment maintenance follow-up: Reporting any equipment or machine malfunctions. Coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure machine readiness and uninterrupted production. Ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely. 6. Achieving production targets: Striving to achieve the required productivity with the desired quality. Monitoring KPIs such as productivity, waste, downtime, etc. 7. Implementing safety standards: Ensuring workers comply with safety procedures within the plant. Reporting any risks or observations that may affect employees’ health and safety. 8.
