اجادة استخدام برنامج الورد و الاكسيل.
حل المشاكل الخاصة بالانتاج اثناء عملية التصنيع.
تحديد الأهداف اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية وابلاغها للموظفين.
تنظيم سير العمل من خلال تحديد المسؤوليات وإعداد جداول الورديات.
المتابعة والإشراف على إجراءات تدريب الموظفين.
ضمان الاستخدام الآمن للمعدات وجدولة الصيانة الدورية.
التأكد من تطبيق الشروط والمواصفات الخاصة بعملية الإنتاج.
تقديم تقارير عن الأداء بشكل دوري لتحديد مدى تحقيق الأهداف.
شرط اساسى ان يكون لدية خبرة من 4-5 سنوات كمشرف انتاج فى مجال التصنيع.

Overseeing workers during the manufacturing process and ensuring the workflow runs with the highest efficiency. Coordinating with the warehouses to allocate production raw materials during manufacturing operations. Submitting production and quality reports to the plant manager. Proficient in using Word and Excel. Resolving production-related problems during the manufacturing process. Setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and informing employees. Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules. Monitoring and supervising staff training procedures. Ensuring safe equipment use and scheduling regular maintenance. Ensuring compliance with production process terms and specifications. Providing regular performance reports to determine the achievement of objectives. A basic requirement is 4-5 years of experience as a production supervisor in manufacturing.
