Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Heliopolis. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, assisting in outreach, and following up on leads via calls, emails, and meetings. Daily tasks include preparing sales presentations, updating CRM records, coordinating with marketing on promotional activities, and participating in client meetings when needed. The role also involves learning sales processes, observing negotiations, and providing basic customer support to ensure a smooth client experience. The intern will work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on training in AI marketing solutions and sales best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clearly with clients and respond to inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and interest in revenue-generating activities. Candidates should possess an interest or basic understanding of Training and Sales Management concepts to support and learn from structured sales processes. Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and comfort using digital platforms such as CRM or marketing software. Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, willingness to learn about AI-based marketing, and the ability to work on-site in Heliopolis. Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
