Role Overview We are looking for a technical, detail-oriented Solutions Engineer to join our growth team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical expert bridging client design needs with our portfolio of premium commercial building materials and interior solutions. You will work directly with architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors to evaluate project requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure our systems are specified and correctly integrated into high-profile commercial, healthcare, and educational developments.
Key Responsibilities Technical Consultation: Analyze project drawings, architectural blueprints, and performance specifications to recommend tailored product configurations and system solutions. Presales & Project Pitching: Partner with commercial teams to deliver technical presentations, mockups, and compliance submittals to architects, consultants, and developers. Specification & Compliance: Ensure all proposed product packages strictly align with project performance criteria (acoustic, durability, safety, and acoustic standards) and local building codes. On-Site Technical Support: Conduct site inspections, coordinate mockups, and advise installation teams to address execution challenges before and during project delivery. RFP/Submittal Management: Prepare comprehensive technical submittals, compliance sheets, and technical proposals for competitive bidding processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Conversion rate of technical submittals to approved status. Value of specified product packages integrated into finalized project drawings. Response time and resolution rate for client technical queries.
Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or Technical Office Engineer in the building materials, interior finishes, or construction sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and working knowledge of Auto CAD or Revit. Solid understanding of technical submittal processes and specification standards. Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills with a problem-solving mindset.
