Main Roles & Responsibilities:Supervise and optimize stock accuracy: Oversee daily inventory control processes across e-commerce channels, ensuring real-time alignment between physical stock and digital catalog levels, in line with the central stock control team. Manage stock replenishment and allocation: Monitor stock turnover, set safety stock levels, and coordinate proactive replenishment schedules to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Oversee warehouse inventory workflows: Direct cycle counting, periodic physical stock takes, and discrepancy investigations (shrinkage, damages, and variances) in collaboration with the fulfillment (Inbound) team. Coordinate fulfillment and dispatch operations: Partner closely with warehouse, logistics, and picking/packing teams to ensure seamless order processing and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Track inventory KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, stock aging, holding costs, and write-off rates, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues: Troubleshoot root causes of fulfillment bottlenecks, order cancellations due to inventory errors, and system sync failures.
Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or other ERP platforms. Core Competencies: Strong analytical and numerical skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools (such as Excel and Power BI). Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage team performance and inter-departmental coordination.
