- Divide the work plan into departments within the governorate they belong to.- Supervise the promotion of the company’s books and products advantages.- Supervise market research to increase the customer base among teachers.- Supervise the recruitment of new teachers.- Follow up on the database of teachers in the region assigned to each representative.- Conduct technical interviews for representatives.- Continuously train representatives.- Receive and review reports related to the representatives.- Prepare a daily report including (the representative’s movements and number of visits to teachers and send it to customer service).- Send monthly evaluations of representatives and the work plan (weekly and monthly).
