The work location is a factory in Al-Sadat City, Monufia Governorate, and there is housing. The interview is at the main Administration in Giza.
Responsibilities:
- Setting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and informing the staff.
- Establishing a system and rules for factory workers.
- Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.
- Monitoring and supervising employee training procedures.
- Ensuring safe use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with production process specifications.
- Providing regular performance reports to determine the extent to which goals are achieved.
- Identifying challenges and competencies and providing suggestions to aid improvement.
- Enforcing strict safety guidelines and organizational standards.
