Job Summary:

Responsible for implementing design plans and innovating and implementing new designs, updating and continuously developing products, and proposing improvements.

Responsibilities and duties: 1- Share with the Design Manager and the team in setting work plans for design and development of products. 2- Study development of current products. 3- Implement design work and product development according to the approved timeline and work on updating it. 4- Monitor, update and modify drawings and documents previously issued and follow up on updating the versions distributed to the relevant departments. 5- Innovate new designs for continuous development of the company’s products based on directives and policies of senior management. 6- Submit proposals regarding customer complaints and production complaints. 7- Provide technical information about products to departments that need it (e.g., printing section or R&D and technical office, etc.). 8- Follow modern methods in design and development and also follow the latest mandatory product specifications. 9- Monitor testing of new design samples. 10- Review his annual evaluation and determine his training needs with his direct manager to raise work performance efficiency.

Periodic reports:
1- Submit annual reports to the Design Manager on achievements completed in the plan and deviations and reschedule them in the new plan. 2- Communications:
Internal: R&D / Technical Office / Production / Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Planning / Needs / Sales / Customer Service.
External: External design firms (suppliers of device samples and parts) and R&D centers.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Skills:
Computer: Excellent (AutoCAD / SOLIDWORKS Programs).
Skills: Flexibility in performance, creativity and innovativeness, administrative and engineering sense.
