Bus Supervisors Job Requirements :- Higher qualification - Residence location (Al-Maadia - Dar es-Salaam - Al-Basateen - Helwan) - Age 20-40 - Seriousness and commitment - Ability to deal with passengers. Job nature :- Arrival time at the school 08:00 and departure from it 02:45 - Morning drop-off and return times depend on the cycle determined and based on the schedule of the first student - Basic salary 6000 - Annual raise - Uniform provided - Social and health insurance after 3 months - Going and returning with school buses - Additional bus courses offered for student activities after the basic cycle and additional pay outside the basic salary and alternating among all supervisors - Friday and Saturday off - Every 40 working days there are 10 paid vacation days - Extra pay for distance beyond the basic cycle - Participation in parties or any day within the vacation is considered extra outside the basic salary and must be pre-informed by the movement manager - The bus waits in the morning at the supervisor’s residence and returns to the nearest place for her to supervise the floor / women’s security. Responsibilities:- Full supervision of the shift assigned to and continuous monitoring of security status.- Monitor movement of students, staff and visitors inside the shift and ensure compliance with instructions.- Ensure the safety of students and staff and immediately report any situation that may affect their safety.- Conduct periodic rounds to detect any notes or risks.- Monitor any faults, damages or violations that may pose a risk to students or staff.- Immediate reporting of anything needing maintenance or urgent intervention before causing damage or injuries. Nature of work :- 10 hours work from 7:00 to 17:00 - Friday off only - Annual paid leave - Social and health insurance after 3 months (mandatory) - Transportation to and from the Arab El-Maadi area only - Uniform - Extra pay for hours beyond working time (optional) - Salary: 6000 net Job requirements :- Ability to observe accurately and pay attention to details.- Responsibility and quick action in emergencies.- Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.- Age 20-40 - Proximity of residence to Zahraa El-Maadi - Higher / intermediate qualification - Commitment - Seriousness at work
