Recruitment Officer: Experience in recruiting technical and manual labor (Blue Collar) workers; based in 6th of October City or nearby. Responsible for attracting and selecting the required personnel to support the operations team and ensure quick fulfillment of our labor needs. Responsibilities: search for suitable candidates and recruit technicians, operators, drivers, and delivery representatives. Manage the recruitment process from the first job advertisement to the handover of the new employee with their tasks. Coordinate with department heads to determine job needs. Build a strong database of qualified candidates. Commit to completing recruitment processes as quickly as possible to reduce labor gaps. Use innovative methods to attract labor.
