Plan daily, weekly, and annual production schedules. Monitor workflow across all production lines and ensure efficiency. Adhere to delivery deadlines and defined quality standards. Supervise department heads and workers and evaluate their performance. Determine factory staffing needs and hire in collaboration with Human Resources. Train workers on modern techniques and develop their skills. Monitor compliance with working hours and discipline rules. Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the Purchasing Department. Reduce material waste and lower operating costs. Supervise inventory movement and finished products. Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for senior management. Analyze performance indicators and propose operational and strategic improvements.
