Job purpose:
The ability to operate production lines according to the policies and procedures in place, including smooth production operation during the shift
Responsibilities and tasks:
Works on operating production lines according to the established procedures and policies
Trains and supervises workers on production lines
Monitors production line operation and supports assisting workers
Reports faults immediately to the shift supervisor
Maintains general cleanliness (GMP)
Ensures product reaches the highest microbiological quality
Works within standard operating procedures and industrial safety procedures, implementing the company's policy regarding industrial safety systems and health
