Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment at the branch. Conduct periodic inspection of electrical distribution boards, circuit breakers, switches, and cables and ensure their safety. Diagnose electrical faults and repair them as quickly as possible to ensure continuous operation. Perform maintenance and replacement of indoor and outdoor lighting units and monitor their efficiency. Perform electrical maintenance for arcade and entertainment equipment according to manufacturer instructions and approved maintenance plans. Ensure electrical connections for all games and equipment are safe before operation. Immediate response to emergency fault reports and work to minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance team to perform joint maintenance when needed. Shut down any game or equipment that poses a risk to visitors’ safety and notify the supervisor immediately. Monitor the status of generators, UPS units, and electrical emergency systems – if any. Implement electrical isolation procedures (Lockout/Tagout) before starting maintenance work. Adhere to occupational health and safety instructions and use personal protective equipment. Record all maintenance work in approved forms or systems. Prepare reports on recurring faults and submit them to the supervisor with appropriate recommendations. Monitor spare parts and tools needs and report them before depletion. Maintain maintenance tools and equipment and ensure their usability. Keep the maintenance area and workshops clean and organized. Collaborate with operations, security, and cleaning teams to ensure branch operation continuity. Comply with company policies and procedures and all safety and quality instructions. Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the job.
