Distributes tasks to technicians and workers and follows up on timely completion. Supervises work quality and ensures implementation of occupational safety and health standards at the site. Coordinates with the site engineer or project manager regarding technical needs and equipment. Prepares daily progress reports and achievement rates and submits them to the relevant management. Resolves simple field problems and takes immediate corrective actions. Trains and guides new workers and raises the technical team’s efficiency. Ensures adherence to the work plan and project schedule. Maintains order and discipline at the worksite. Monitors material and equipment availability and ensures optimal use.
