Required tasks:
Receiving products from the factory or other warehouses or receiving staff, inspecting them, ensuring they meet specifications, are safe and fit for use, and have expiration dates before entering the warehouse. Transporting products to designated storage locations safely to ensure their safety during internal transport. Storing and arranging products in the warehouse according to approved policies, with adherence to storage systems such as FIFO, FEFO, and ABC according to item nature. Organizing stock checks and efficiently utilizing storage space, labeling shelves and items clearly, while keeping aisles safe and free of obstacles. Separating defective or non-conforming or expired products from sound products, and informing the supervisor or warehouse management to take necessary actions. Maintaining daily cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work area, ensuring it is free from damage causes or hazards. Monitoring stock movement and updating records (electronic or paper) to ensure accuracy of stock data. Issuing products to requesting parties or sales representatives according to approved procedures, with completing necessary documents and signatures. Conducting periodic inventories and reconciling physical counts with records, reporting any discrepancies or notes. Monitoring stock levels and notifying warehouse management of items that are close to depletion or have been issued to ensure reordering in a timely manner. Keeping all warehouse documents (receiving, issuing, inventory, etc.) in an organized manner to ensure easy reference. Reorganizing items as needed according to management instructions or operational and seasonal changes. Coordinating and cooperating with Sales, Receiving, Issuing, and other departments to meet business needs efficiently. Adhering to health and safety procedures, maintaining storage equipment and shelves, and reporting any faults or maintenance needs or space shortages. Required reports Daily report on receipt, storage, and stocktaking tasks. Report on defective or stored-up or potentially damaged products. Inventory audit results report and stock differences (upon execution). Report on items nearing depletion or requiring reordering. Report on shelf and equipment faults or maintenance needs.
